  12. before using this software. Use of this software indicates your
  13. acceptance of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with

  22. Software, Inc. You are prohibited by law from redistributing the

  24. except to the specific individuals for whom the software was
  25. purchased. You are prohibited from decompiling, reverse
  26. engineering, disassembling, or otherwise reducing either shareware
  27. or licenses versions of the program to human readable form for any
  28. purposes whatsoever. You may not modify the program or
  29. documentation in any manner. You are prohibited from permitting
  30. anyone else from undertaking any of the above actions.

  33. SHAREWARE VERSION LICENSE

  35. The shareware version is not free software. If you are using the
  36. shareware version you are hereby licensed to use this software for
  37. evaluation purposes without charge for a period of 20 uses. If you
  38. use this software after the 20-use evaluation period a
  39. registration fee is due (see Ordering Information).

  41. If you are using the Shareware Version of the software you are
  42. also hereby licensed to: Make as many copies of the Shareware
  43. version of this software and documentation as you wish; Give exact
  44. copies of the original Shareware version to anyone; Distribute the
  45. Shareware version of the software and documentation in its
  46. unmodified form via electronic means. There is no charge for any
  47. of the above. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or
  48. requesting donations, for any such copies, however made; and from
  49. distributing the software and/or documentation with other products
  50. (commercial or otherwise) without prior written permission.

  59. REGISTERED VERSION LICENSE

  61. One registered copy of Duplicate File Finder may be dedicated to a
  62. single person who uses the software on one or more computers or
  63. workstations that are for their own exclusive use and for which
  64. they are the sole user.  There is no restriction on the number of
  65. files or their location that the user(s) can use the program on.

  67. A single user license may not be made available in any form to
  68. multiple users or workstations.

  70. Licensing is not based on "concurrent" users.  If multiple
  71. workstations are to access the program in any form and for any
  72. length of time you must purchase licenses for the number of
  73. workstations that will access the program.  If you make the
  74. registered version of Duplicate File Finder available through a
  75. network and accessible by multiple people you are required to
  76. purchase individual licenses for the software covering all
  77. workstations that will access the software through the network.

  120. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of

  124. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

  126. This software and the accompanying files are sold "as is" and
  127. without warranties as to performance of merchantability or any
  128. other warranties whether expressed or implied.  In particular,
  129. there is no warranty for the string Replacing feature.

  131. Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be
  132. thoroughly tested with non-critical data before relying on it.
  133. The user must assume the entire risk of using the program.  Any
  134. liability of the seller will be limited exclusively to product
  135. replacement or refund of purchase price.
